Pros

Some nice people, but most aren’t. They spend a lot of money on employees for fluffy benefits to appear like they care.

Cons

Managers and leaders promise high growth and opportunity, but are not capable of providing guidance or trusting you to get the job done. Clear and obvious preference for those who have been with the company longer, leadership does not value people who have a different opinion then them. Performance measurement is clearly biased towards those with tenure, even if they under perform. Veterans are given free passes to slack off, while new joiners are expected to carry the burden and receive blame.
