Organization moves extremely slow relative to its size. Deadlines are missed frequently across the board and process improvements could take years to implement. Teams are highly reluctant to take ownership of new projects and do not collaborate well cross-functionally. Lots of processes exist for the sake of process. Valuable time is spent attending meetings to cover insignificant details not critical to the business. Pay is mid to low market. No internal opportunities for acquisition and development of new skills. Employees are not empowered to own processes and are often discouraged from executing decisions affecting their own role without going through the appropriate bureaucratic measures. Organization is heavy on upper middle management and office politics is deeply ingrained into the culture. Constant observation and micromanagement regardless of your performance.
