- Flexible working policy - Unlimited vacation - Smart people - Interesting problems to solve if you like tech and finance

Cons

- Need to own your own career progression, as opposed to having it in a structured form. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, and is somewhat expected if you join a smaller company -

Lots of exciting changes happening in the company and there is plenty of opportunities for growth since everything is based on performance. Addepar is growing at a good pace and my time here has been relatively positive over the past year. Looking forward to seeing more success of the company

Communication across coasts can be challenging and needs improvement

Pros

Everybody here is bought into the mission of fixing finance. All of my coworkers are insanely smart and passionate. I feel extremely empowered to speak up when I find areas that the company can improve in. The culture and benefits are also amazing - I feel like people care about me and it makes me excited to go into work every day.

Cons

There could be better communication between teams - especially with us being separated between several offices
