Smart, kind & amazing people to work with, interesting product with great growth potential, unbelievable perks (free food, free dry cleaning, gym stipend), great office culture, endless opportunities to add value and grow your career.

Cons

This is not a negative for me personally, but can be for some people. The job is what you make of it at Addepar. It is up to each employee to figure out how they can best add value to the firm and build their career. Managers will support you, but you have to figure it out for yourself.

Pros

It is very clear exactly how much leadership cares about the well being of the Addepar employees. The People Team works tirelessly on new programs/trainings/and benefits for the employees and genuinely wants the team to be healthy and happy both at work and in the personal lives. Addepar has a lofty mission and is tackling a difficult fin-tec "problem." This requires the all the employees to be driven, passionate and highly intelligent; a fact that is very evident in the employee body. The overall environment is relaxed and friendly. Everyone seems to genuinely get a long and enjoys spending time with each other.

Cons

As is common in all start-ups there is frequent change. You have to be ready to roll with the changes and remain flexible and adaptable.
