Good afternoon, I do love to see that you had great team members. But I want to jump straight to the cons. With pay understand that we continually conduct thorough research on base salaries and commission structures to ensure we offer competitive total earnings potential for all our employees. Your feedback is valuable in helping us stay aligned with market trends so if you are seeing something in the market different from us we would want to review it. Regarding your concerns around leadership, we are uncertain what you may be referring to and would like to learn more. We encourage you to reach out to us at peoplefirst@addisongroup.com to share more about what you were seeing in the market, what you encountered, and who was involved so we can investigate properly. I hope you have a nice week

Pros

I genuinely enjoy working for Addison Group, and much of that stems from the amazing people and the strong, supportive culture they’ve built. The Operations Support Team is the backbone of the organization, and I am proud to be a part of it. We are consistently organized, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. This team’s dedication has a meaningful impact not only on daily operations but also on the company’s long-term success. Not only is the Operations team the backbone of the organization, but they are also the heart. The leadership team is just as equally impressive. They lead with clarity, integrity, and vision, while remaining approachable and genuinely supportive. I admire the executive team and feel fortunate to learn from my direct manager every day. I also greatly value the flexibility and the strong “family-first” mindset. There’s a real understanding that people perform at their best when they feel supported both personally and professionally. That trust creates an environment where you can thrive without burning out. Transparency is another key strength. Communication is open, honest, and consistent. I’ve never felt out of the loop when it comes to decisions or direction. This level of openness has helped build strong trust across the leadership team. Collaboration across departments is seamless and encouraged. Different teams actively connect, share ideas, and support one another to achieve shared goals. It’s rare to go a week without engaging with another department, which reinforces a strong sense of unity across the organization. Overall, Addison Group is a people-first company. Employees are valued, heard, and respected. It’s rare to find a workplace where culture, leadership, and operations align so well, and it’s a big part of why I’m proud to be part of this team.
