Great manager, fun group of people that work there.

Cons

Cheap. Really stingy when it comes to base salary, and commissions are inconsistent.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We never want to sacrifice quality over quantity, which is why we have cultivated some of the longest-lasting relationships in the industry. We want our placements to be the perfect fit for both client and candidate which means ensuring we find the right fit even if it takes a while. At Addison Group we are working to source the best talent for our clients as the best placements for our candidates. We understand there will be certain times you are busier than others which is why we continually offer support through learning and development trainings. Our managers are also trained to help you learn the best way to manage your desk in a way that works for you. We are sad to see you go but wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Decent comp structure & opportunity for growth.

Cons

The entire company revolves around dishonesty, manipulation, favoritism, judgement, sex, drugs & alcohol. The turnover rate is remarkable, I have never seen more GOOD, hardworking employees leave an environment because of their hostile co-workers, poor management, and manipulative senior leadership. Senior leadership has absolutely no professionalism. They encourage unprofessional behavior, make consistent derogatory and sexual comments to their employees, encourage drug use, and manipulate new graduate employees into believing this is a "normal work environment". The "mean girl(s)" in the office have driven out more employees than they have brought in, and continue to be praised for their outrageous behavior (maybe it's time to get rid of the problem).
