      I met some amazing people there, and I learned how to hustle the system. No other choice.

      Cons

      Leadership will complain to others in the company about issues with you but will not discuss with you directly. No training you are left to figure almost everything out on your own. If you do not meet your goals you are threatened with write ups. No positive feedback. Leadership is very removed from what we deal with on a daily basis.
