I loved the patients and the freedom to travel. Additionally, the hourly pay was better than the standard.

Cons

I didn’t have a voice in the company, my needs were ignored. I was also given false promises which lead to complicated schedule changes within my personal life.

I don't have to deal with the wide public. Clients are provided to me.

Cons

Hours, arent stable, but that's the industry. Right now with the insurance changes, many elderly are being kicked out of the program and there are more workers then clients. I do not have enough hours to make it in the industry anymore.
