Flexible schedule if that's what you need.

Cons

Can't document time off it's just a phone call. My office is hard to reach management. Client called me off for the day after I was already there. Not only did the office did not offer me any compensation but also removed the 15 min I was there.

Communication is between office and staff is horrible. I have had clients call the office to cancel and was never told.
