Pros

Many parts still run like a mom and pop, which is a benefit most of the time due to lack of red tape, speed to get things done, availability to interact with executive leadership, etc. If you work hard, you can punch your own ticket of success!

Cons

Pay can be a bit on the lower end of midpoint

Arrange your own schedule, company is diligent about not scheduling you with people that can pose health risks.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that the staff members are not the most reliable, but that has nothing to do with the company itself.
