Compassionate Teamwork Communication - on call staff is amazing. I can’t speak for internal staff or routine staff but on call is fabulous. Awesome benefits Flexible Continuing education opportunities Employee appreciation

Cons

Communication is always the greatest. Addus keeps dropping the mileage rate but gas is still ridiculously high.

My current supervisor is the BEST supervisor that I have ever had since I been working at Addus, she really cares about us, The Director's are fantastic at Addus where I work. All the office workers are nice!!! Our Union gets us raises!!! Sick leave & raises are both coming in Jan 2024!!!!

Cons

Some clients can be aggressive and belong in a facility and not really in the home unsupervised!!!
