      Benefit package is great !!

      This company shows NO compassion for employees, and clients. typical "Big Corporation" - no one knows what they are doing, and no one cares to help you understand the ins and outs of the company in order to succeed. Provided work environments are very unpredictable and extremely unsafe.

      The family I work with found me on their own.

      Cons

      They consistently short employees and have a horrible payroll system. No one will give you information on the union that you are forced to join and pay dues for. They are transphobic and consistently deadname a member of the family that I work for. I was recently told after arguing for 3 days with the woman in charge of payroll, that she could not help me with my check that was shorted for half of my hours. Just an overall terribly organized, transphobic, and money-grubbing company that doesn't care about their clients or staff.
