Addus is a great company that has grown A LOT in the last 5 years. While every company experiences growing pains, I believe that the best days are ahead in the next 3-5 years. Love the fact that this company's mission ACTUALLY HELPS PEOPLE vs. just turning to turn a profit. On tough days, you can look back to the success stories of us changing people's lives. Company executives are very open and accessible for ideas and discussions. Company has begun to communicate more to the people about updates, intranet recently updated that should help with connecting more people
Cons
Pay can be on the low side, which they are trying to adjust and fix. Some old-school leaders are still in the company trying to rule with an iron fist, but they have been slowly phasing out.
