The feeling you get taking care of people In need. Being able to choose your hours and days you want to work. How understanding this company is when emergency’s come up unexpectedly. The amazing boss and scheduler’s we have in the office. Meeting amazing people all the time.

Cons

The only downside I notice is not having sick pay days, and of course losing consumers is hard.
