      A for-profit company that gave generous performance bonuses to employees. The work-family environment made you feel appreciated by the company.

      Government contracts can sometimes lead to uncertainty about the stability of your job (depending on what year of the contract you're in).

      Working for these incompetent, underqualilified excuses for management. There are many other agencies in Erie that absolutely pay better and actually care about the employees as well as the clients. Truly the worst work experience with regards to management I have ever witnessed. On payday, plan on being on the phone to get the money you were supposed to be paid. If you do foolishly take the plunge, keep track of your hours like you are in charge of payroll, because they won't. Just don't work for them it's much easier.
