      Finally have a great team in our office Agency Director that Cares about his staff Good Pay 401k Health Insurance if you want it I love the people I care for

      No Vacation Time, if you take time off, it's without pay Lack of Communication No employee empowerment No type of benefit for furthering your education in the healthcare field, (e.g, tuition assistance or % reimbursement etc.)
