      Pros

      Communication is open and are their to help in any way. Always their to help, good people . I have been working here for a few years and am still continuing my career with them.

      Cons

      Not to many cons here. The app that shows your sick and VA leave is never correct so that app I don't really like. But that's just technically.

      Pros

      There are many reasons that I love working for Addus. I have an incredibly supportive boss who is always here and listens to me. I work with many hiring managers who are responsive and engaged in the talent acquisition process. I also have a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      I know it's hard to believe, but I don't have anything negative to say.
