Pros

Addus has a great culture and great work life balance. The onboarding and orientation process is very organized and beneficial to the new employee.

Cons

The work can be stressful, overwhelming and more than one can handle at times but in my experience within the department the all of the co-workers and management staff are more than willing to jump in and help out.

was fine for the most part.

Cons

for a company who employs home healthcare aides, it took them surprisingly long to supply their employees with basic personal protection supplies such as disposable gloves and masks.

Working with client's as for e reason to stay so long here.

Cons

No support from management, no mileage pay when I was there, terrible insurance, no recognition programs or appreciation on employer behalf mostly clients, not a company I would say I would refer others to.
