You can grow with the company in a leadership role or choose a path in marketing, billing, payroll, recruiting, etc. The leadership is open and supportive to your career goals and will help you achieve them. 3. Arcadia Home Care & Staffing appreciates all employees from the aides working with the clients in their homes to the Administrative Staff working in the branches. The company shows their appreciation every day in small ways from emails of appreciation to the Addus Elite program to the Addus Acts program to the company discounts.

      Cons

      Working with Medicaid clients is highly rewarding but can be extremely challenging and tasking on aides as well as Administrative Staff. We don't always get the help we need from the clients' Case Managers. Working in home care right now requires compassion, patience and fortitude.
