Night shift, after hours. I do not see any pros at this time.

Cons

Traveling about 70 miles to make visit. First pt's visit, mileage is not paid from home to first pt's visit even is between 50-70 miles.

Addus is a company that is actively engaged in providing the resources necessary for clients to remain independent in their homes. I believe that the Corporate Office is doing a fabulous job of ensuring that all employees understand that we have a duty to provide the highest level of service to our clients that we possibly can.

Cons

Caregiving is a tough job sometimes and it is certainly undervalued by our communities.
