Cons

Supervisor acts like he cares but is just going through the motions. The time clock system, Authenticare is very poor. You use the phone to clock in and it frequently doesn't clock you in when the call is made. You have no way of knowing if you missed a punch until your check is short and then they will give you a print out of your clocking. Office staff is supposed to notify you of misSed punches so you an submit paper time sheets prior to closing payroll. This doesn't always happen causing a delay in getting paid properly. No solution appears to be coming.
