Pros

Arcadia is like having a giant family. You can reach out to other offices if you need help with something, and you supervisors are always reachable. There is so much support through other staff, online trainings, and Q&A meetings, that you never feel like you've been stranded to figure things out on your own.

Cons

I can't thing of anything that I would consider a con about this job.

It is great to work at Addus because the team ad management are passionate about the Care we provide and the support to our direct staff providing it. Our Executive team took great care to make sure our clients and staff followed CDC guidelines to keep our most venerable clients safe for these last 2 years of COVID.
