Honestly this job is an amazing one to have, especially with Addus. It's very rewarding to get to actually spend time in-home with the clients instead of a few minutes in a nursing home. You get to work with some amazing care team workers, and you basically make your own hours. They will work with you to make sure your experience is a good one! 5 star, highly recommend.

Cons

There's no real downsides to working with addus. The pay could be better, but that's everywhere!
