Pros

They pay for travel in-between clients, and you can truly choose your work schedule bi-weekly. Paid weekly, Health insurance after 1500 hrs of work. Paid holidays, and you can EVENTUALLY earn PTO. I would recommend to anyone looking to earn money quickly for a job that almost anyone can do.

Cons

What they SAY they pay and what they actually pay continuously changes. But basically, entry level = $10-$10.30. If you have a professional certificate: $11-$12. You qualify for a 20-45cents raise after 1-year. The pay depends on how much "corporate" has decided each individual client is worth. This is not the place to work if you're looking for fair compensation for the work that you do.

I really liked the job. I have always had an interest in helping with the care of people. I liked the freedom of not having a boss over my head constantly . I also liked that u can pick your hrs pretty much.

Cons

They offer no raises,no insurance,you run around allot of places and they don't pay nothing for gas really and your not getting paid for your travel time between patients.

Absolutely positively none. Zero. Nadda.

Cons

Everything. Your pay will never be correct . They categorize your hours to avoid paying overtime. Office staff unprofessional. Do not care about clients. Addus cares about one thing and one thing only MONEY (in their pocket,not yours!). My advice, Do not work there!
