Great office view, architecture, pay is a bit higher than most companies for this type of position.

Cons

Management micromanages, immature unprofessional behavior from management, negative atmosphere, management encourages division, extremely negative environment to work in, draining of energy everyday, subtle bullying.

Flexible schedule, and they will hire anyone without a really bad criminal record

Cons

Flexible schedule, as in you never know from one day to the next when you will work. You will be sent into situations with almost no information. Having served over 30 different clients, I will never un-see the things I've seen. Almost every person on disability is a hoarder to some degree. I was terrified of what I was taking home to my family. So many homes did not even have soap, forget something to dry your hands, that you are supposed to wash after 'toileting'. You are provided with 25 pairs of gloves a month, but I felt that was good for maybe a week.

Cons

Terrible CEO and management. Illegal operations and no value as a whole. “Get it done no matter what it cost” attitude. They wiped out over 150 vacations hrs I had saved for when on medical leave.
