The Knoxville location is dirty. The supervisor yells at employees as if it is a Jerry Springer episode instead of a professional atmosphere. Many of us literally caught her napping at her desk multiple times. She hires and fires based off of whether she likes you that day. Many of the staff took her actions to the regional office and they just ignored it. This place is filled with a cesspool of people with no professional experience, no training, no empathy. Beware of letting anyone from here help with your loved ones. They hire aids without worrying about drug screens and ignore complaints of abuse. This is primarily due to their terrible pay for in home aides.
