People are getting older and the businesses are growing.

Cons

Supervisor turnovers are way to high. No union at retail wage brings unqualified management every other year. Workers are at mercy for clients when conflicts arise with management and Union has to step in, and workers get exhausted from constant personnel changes from one unqualified, untrained, to the next.

None, this company literal wants to do the bare minimum and nothing more. If it's not required by law, you're not getting it.

Cons

No possibility of a pay raise, no possibility of forward promotion, driving 50-70miles a day and only getting paid for 12miles, capped paid sick time at state required minimum, no paid time off, no advanced training options, unpaid holidays.
