Stay away! Please believe me in that you don't want to come to work here!
-Does not have a culture of integrity and this seems to go to the top!
-Unprofessional and do not follow state and federal laws in human resources.
-Very vague and inadequate policies.
-Does not support you as needed in working with SEIU. This is a union environment as your field employees are unionized.
-You will spend a lot of your time hearing complaints from your workers as they are not paid properly. Good luck getting these resolved in a timely manner! It took me two weeks on once occasion to get one of my employees paid after a payroll date was missed with the correct compensation.
-They don't bill their clients in a timely manner! Yes you heard that correctly. You will get calls from private duty clients that are upset because the company is behind on billing them!!!
-They do not properly investigate EEOC Discrimination violations. I know of one they didn't investigate at all!
-Work their field employees without the required day of rest in a week. Some employees have worked over two weeks straight with no day off.
-Your health insurance and benefits are horrible.
-MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. THERE IS A REASON THAT THEY LOSE ALMOST 50% OF THEIR AGENCY DIRECTORS EACH YEAR!
