Pros

Took a while to find me a client but always called me if one was availible. Training was very quick.

Cons

Every client is different with different needs. Could be a really tough adjustment for some. I dont think you can get promoted unless you apply for a different position. Hours go missing often, so take screenshots of your hours when you clock out.
