      Pros

      The pay is good. $13 an hour for everyone.

      Cons

      Benefits and some of the supervisors will take hours away and give them to a newbies and/or someone with more seniority. Unstable If you have many bills. Everyone gets paid the same no matter the years worked there.

      I like that Addus updates you everytime quarterly on caregiving! The people in the office are amazing and patient with my questions when I ask them!
