      Pros

      Some of the clients are really caring awesome people.

      Cons

      Some of the clients ARE NOT caring awesome people. Also supervisors are not helpful. Constantly switching supervisors, making it impossible to know who to come to with issues. Also took all my vacation I worked for after almost 3 years because a client passed away and my hours dropped below full time for one week.

      Pros

      While I worked at Arcadia for almost 19 years, I was not the longest tenured employee. The management team had executives with more than 20 years, managers with more than 12 years. The staff had an average employment of more than 7 years.

      Cons

      Arcadia went through many ownership changes and directions. It was difficult to keep up with the latest directive.
