A lot of the other employees would say nasty things behind their clients backs, and over all it felt like there was no structure to the company.

At this point the only Pro to this job is the clients.

Cons

We are severely over-worked lately, every Branch Director left for the same competitor and services coordinators and some of the most reliable caregivers are following them out the door. This has always been a fast paced environment and the few of us left consider ourselves up to the challenge.
