      Pros

      I love that the hours are very flexible. You pretty much build your hours around your availability.

      Cons

      One Downside is if you don’t work you won’t get paid no matter how long you’ve been with the company and the only other thing I can think of is a pay increase would be greatly appreciated.

      There were no pros working here, it was a job, nothing more, nothing less. Paid the bills

      Cons

      Manager and Lead coordinator were friends and certain people were allowed to leave the office when they got ready, (which was all the time) call out when they wanted.
