Fun people to work for. Better pay than other agencies in town. My clients are so sweet and amazing. They have a union.

Cons

Maybe less paperwork and less driving. I worked for a different company that had click in and out with a phone. Ad you could write your reports in it too, so you didn't have to fill out as much paper.
