      Pros

      Very dedicated work force and passionate leadership. There is hardly a day when the organization's mission is not on your mind.

      Cons

      There are generally poor salaries, and very limited ability to progress in the company. Lots of protocol, with little organizational structure.

      Love both of my clients

      Love the Clients I had. But had 2 drop my Client in Bethany cause I wasn't getting paid millage on her. The Decatur Branch # 3740 took me for $ 500.00. They mess with my hours and loose my paper work ever time I turn around. Then they tell me I have the attitude . And they do for loosing my paper work.
