      Pros

      Was a friendly environment. Hospice is a wonderful field to work in. They provide good care to patients.

      Cons

      During my time there was no limit on how many patients you could have. You see a lot of people neglected in nursing homes. The hospice is "for Profit", and not incentivized for patient's or employee's well-being you may be salaried and work extra hours without extra pay

      Training was excellent Management was very helpful Benefits were affordable and offered to even part time employees Bonuses were consistent Employee Engagement is very well thought out.
