The management was terrible. You enter a home alone with no training and no knowledge of the client.

People are getting older and the businesses are growing.

Cons

Supervisor turnovers are way to high. No union at retail wage brings unqualified management every other year. Workers are at mercy for clients when conflicts arise with management and Union has to step in, and workers get exhausted from constant personnel changes from one unqualified, untrained, to the next.
