      Worst Job Ever

      The boss at the time was cool. He is no longer there.

      Cons

      This was one of the worst jobs I ever had. Everything was super unorganized, the systems make no since for what we did and the pay was terrible. Corporate was in Chicago and tried to make rules based on how Alabama should be run. Chicago and AL are two totally different areas and can not be treated the same, especially when Medicaid Laws are different!

      Some of in office co-workers were great, Decent pay,

      Upper management are all about overworking you, office always has been understaffed, turn over is huge for both in and out of office staff, favoritism, horrible health benefits, no open door policy with hr: if you go over your boss to file a complaint against her, you will get backlash. Luckily I got out on my own terms and felt so much lighter walking out those doors. I miss my coworkers I liked though.
