      Pros

      You have caring coordinators, flexible hours, and client needs come first. This job gave me a sense of pride for ensuring that I had the training and tools provided to ensure my client was being properly cared for.

      Cons

      Poor communication and follow-up with concerns. Commuting and returning from home to the office takes some employees up to 4 hours to simply drop off a time sheet. In-person meets were unprofessional. You are unable to receive full-time hours with one client

      Executive management Insurance and benefits offered Employee discounts Support from Corporate Team approach at branch level This company actually cares about its employees They’re innovative and always looking for ways to improve

      Mostly Medicaid funded so some pay rates are lower than desired, but reimbursement rates drive this

      Co-workers were nice and helpful.

      Cons

      The director was volatile on most days. Didn't seem to know their job and constantly putting blame on others. No dedication on the part of the director. Work load unmanageable. I would give this place a negative rating if I could. I honestly do not know why this place has not been shut down. My best advice to others is do NOT work here! If you do, then do yourself a huge favor and start job hunting the moment you sign your offer--you will thank yourself later.
