      Pros

      Flexible many locations and allowed to work independently

      Cons

      Used to be great company before it got bought out by Addus. Always messing up pay checks. Even paid wrong amount per hour.

      I loved my clients but Addison staff sucks.

      Pros

      Mileage pay, you can work for family or friends. Pretty much you can choose your own schedule. Pay is OK if you have enough hours.

      Cons

      The supervisors had very nasty attitudes with both workers and clients. I did not get paid for a lot of hours, client was not getting hours do to her.

      For Addus FAMILY Services- can be overwhelming at times, and every now and then rewarding

      Pros

      A lot of the work can be scheduled flexible* Reimbursement for mileage If you need time off, you can usually always find someone to cover for you If you have a long trip away, you'll get most of your pay from driving

      Cons

      Sometimes due to kids being in school or parents working, visits cannot be changed Sometimes you can have as much work as you can keep up with, other times, you won't have much Dangerous work environment at times
