Management and training. Literally (and I don't say that lightly) everything from orientation/training to my 2 week resignation was completely unorthodox.

Upper management only cares about how much money they are making and they will throw anyone they can under the bus if that means they make more money. I was promoted to director after working for them for almost 8 years. I came in on a Monday morning and was told I was being demoted and put back out in the field because the numbers weren’t where they wanted (in other words they wanted me to go back out and make them more money). If you want a company that cares for its employees, shows appreciation to good employees, and allows opportunities for growth, DO NOT work for this company. I had planned to retire from here and couldn’t believe the way I was treated once this new management came in.
