This company cares about its employees. They are fantastic at recognizing that their staff are as important at the clients/patients served in our communities. This includes every department from working in the field to back office- everyone is important!!

Cons

Increase PTO time at increments for years of service at 2-3 years and not at 5.

I would have given 5 stars on everything CCH Was amazing but then it was sold to Addus and the family oriented culture changed. Upper management tried to keep the same environment but it didn’t happen

Pros

RNCM's only on call 6.5 hours a month. Only required to work 1 weekend every 6 weeks, with time off during the week to compensate. RN's only required to work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday. Goal is to see 4.4 patients daily. That's like no other healthcare job I've had before. JourneyCare working under Addus has been a positive experience.

Cons

We are now a for-profit organization which has cost us some exceptional SW's and Chaplains.
