Pros

I love working at Adecco. My colleagues are helpful and very pleasant to work with. This is a great company to grow in with opportunities to advance. I find the work and my contributions to the company and our customers rewarding. Work/life balance is also good.

Cons

I think that the starting pay is a little bit under what it should be for the level of skill, dedication and experience that is necessary to excel in my position. There should also be more frequent opportunities for a raise based on level of performance. I would love it if there were better health insurance benefits.
