      - Great bosses who are understanding and helpful - Nice colleagues without politics - Decent benefits in terms of annual leave - 2 days work from home

      Cons

      - Lacking in compensation - Little to none year end bonus which can be demoralising - No insurance coverage for outpatient visits - Slower career progression
