Pros
Adecco is a global HR solutions provider so having global network and opportunities is fabulous. You get to work with clients who you may not necessarily get to work with if you are in a small boutique agency as many of these clients prefer global businesses. The brands across Staffing, Pontoon, LHH, Ajilon, Judd Farris, Beeline - are all great brands to represent. Adecco is a fun place to work where we have great colleagues, and they allow a degree of flexibility for work life integration.
Cons
Change is a constant - so you must be resilient. I have been at Adecco for 4 years and have had amazing opportunities to develop and grow. Changes in management always lead to structural changes.
