I work as a contractor to tech firm in Santa Clara , which come to find out a lot of contractors work at this firm... Not very many permanant employees . So there goes the thought of a permanant job! Hours are only 40hrs per week...no overtime even if the task requires it. Most people work from home so you hardly see anyone Manager likes to micro-manage so the team is always on edge
