Pros

Receive a lot of knowledge from the employer, they also give reports monthly on your progress. You can become a regular after a year on the job, the company trains you on all the different skills that is offered at the company.

Cons

Sometimes you don't get all your hours each week, you always go home early some bad. The pay could be better compared to all the work that this company wants you to get done, in a certain amount of time. Which is totally unfair for the pay.
