PTO is a joke, you have to work 32 hours for 1 hour of PTO. No flexibility for absences and they cull almost the entire workforce every couple of months. Medieval peasants were allowed more days off. Some leads are good, others are lazy people ushered in by favoritism and nepotism. HR is a joke that likes to tighten the chains around your neck every couple of months with absurd policies. Just to save their backs.
