Pros
Really friendly staff who are always supportive. They try and find you the most suitable roles.
Cons
If there's no work in your area (if you are limited by public transport), then you just have no work. Payroll is also difficult, as your individual manager at the temporary site must submit your hours by a certain day of the week. If this is not submitted, you are not paid. This can be very stressful and out of your control.
