      An abundance of managers with but a shred of experience combined

      Pros

      There was a good atmosphere amongst the team.

      Cons

      Managers were too competitive and political which resulted in confused metrics, goals and handballing of support issues. In particular, setting KPI targets that didn't reflect the aims of the work & showing a basic understanding of IT support. The managers simply forgot to renew several contracts (they then panicked when replacing the staff).

      Was placed at one of my dream companies to work for.

      Cons

      1. Crappy Pay 2. Borning Positions 3. Don't care about their employees, just the customer who has purchased their services 4. Not easy to approach about issues 5. Not responsive when you have a problem 6. Prefer you to NOT have contact with their customer - even if that person is your "boss when you are contracted" 7. RUDE EMPLOYEES 8. Take forever to get paperwork to you 9. Very unprofessional 10. Took all benefits away from their employees 11. High turnover in positions due to lack of pay & benefits!

      Pros

      I only good thing about this company is Work-Life balance

      Cons

      No advancement, senior management won't promote within. Bonus is already fixed, not based on your performance. Training on G/L system is need to know basis, there are no training classes. Workload is not equally distributed.
